Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk - Heathrow - £15 - £16 per hour + holiday pay We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join our clients finance team on a short-term basis. Key Responsibilities: Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts Resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with internal departments and suppliers Prepare and process electronic payments Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies Reconcile supplier statements and manage aging reports Support internal and external audit requests Ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required Requirements: Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or finance-related role Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
