Description

Manage the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Hands on, end to end responsibility of accounts payable processes.
Reconciliation and resolving discrepancies promptly.
Ensuring all invoices are coded, approved and posted accurately within timeframes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations related to accounts payable.
Prepare and provide regular reports on accounts payable performance and metrics.
Work closely with internal departments to manage payment queries and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and reference purposes.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency within the accounts payable function.
Assist with the implementation of new systems or procedures as required.Profile
