We’re working with a growing organisation that are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to support their finance team during a busy period. This is a hands?on temp role where you’ll help keep daily AP tasks running smoothly. Within this role you will report into the Financial Controller. The role will be for a 2 month period and offer flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week.

As the incoming Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be tasked with the following: Processing invoices and credit notes quickly and accurately Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies Ensuring correct approvals and maintaining organised AP records Assisting with month?end tasks and audit support As the successful applicant, you’ll bring proven Accounts Payable experience within a fast paced environment, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivots), and confidence with ERP systems. You’ll be organised, detail?driven, and able to hit the ground running. Excellent communication skills are also paramount to be successful in this position.
