Accounts & Business Advisory Manager
Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and oversee client portfolio, including review of statutory financial statements and management accounts. Prepare financial statements under FRS 102 (including 1A) and FRS 105. Conduct independent examinations. Manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors. Support junior team members through mentoring and training. Contribute to process improvements and implementation of new technologies.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice. Strong understanding of accounting and regulatory frameworks. Proficient in cloud‑based bookkeeping software (e.g., Xero). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively. Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA) or qualified by experience.
Desirable
Experience with charity and trust accounting. Familiarity with grant claim preparation. Prior involvement in mentoring or training team members.
