Part-Time Accounts Assistant
Hours: 3 days per week, 7.5 hours per day
Logirec Ltd (agy) are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join a UK manufacturing business as an Accounts Assistant based in East Tilbury. Essex
Key Responsibilities
• Run Sage Payroll, including producing payslips and generating payroll reports
• Manage Sage 50 Sales Ledger (SL), Purchase Ledger (PL), Nominal Ledger (NL) and banking modules
• Process CIS transactions
• Produce monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet management accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure smooth day-to-day bookkeeping operations
You will need:
• Proven experience with Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Windows
• A solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
• Experience producing management accounts (P&L and B/S)
• Excellent organisational skills, strong accuracy, and the ability to work well under pressure
• Confidence working independently within a small, supportive team
