Theyre on the lookout for an organised, numbers-savvy Accounts Administrator to join their friendly finance team. This isnt just another admin job youll be right at the heart of the companys day-to-day financial operations, supporting a collaborative team and helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. What youll be getting stuck into: Keeping on top of purchase and sales ledger invoices Importing daily invoices Carrying out daily bank reconciliations Sending out monthly customer statements Helping to manage credit control and liaising with customers over outstanding payments Reconciling supplier statements to make sure everything balances as it should Producing sales invoices and handling remittance queries Pitching in with finance queries and reporting tasks as needed Providing general admin support think filing, data entry, and keeping financial records in order What were looking for: Previous experience in an accounts if youre switched-on and willing to learn, thats what really matters! A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and a head for numbers Someone who can juggle priorities and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat A team player whos also happy working on their own initiative Why this role?
