Accounts Assistant £24,000 to £27,000 Maghull Full Time, Office-Based Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

What you'll be doing:

As part of a small but growing finance team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day financial operations run smoothly. Responsibilities will be varied and include: Managing daily transaction processing including raising and inputting purchase and sales invoices Carrying out bank reconciliations, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate Monitoring outstanding payments and supporting credit control activities Assisting with month end duties, including balance sheet reconciliations and ledger reviews Answering internal and external queries relating to accounts and payments Supporting the finance team with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as required
