Our client based in Windsor is looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join them on a temporary basis. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday. You will be able to work hybrid, 3 days in the office a week. There is limited parking. Experience in Accounts isn't essential but you must have a keen interest in developing a career within transactional accounts work. Ideally looking for a graduate in finance and accounting or equivalent. Key duties include: Maintain purchase ledger - entering a large volume of invoices Take responsibility for satisfactory resolution of any pricing queries, related to invoicing To reconcile supplier statements balances and be responsible for resolving associated queries Maintain electronic invoice filing system Monitoring central mailbox as required Department administration tasks as requested Key skills / requirements: Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately Proactive can-do attitude with a flexible with a hands-on approach Great attention to detail Fantastic time-management Proficient with Microsoft office This role is available immediately, so please do not delay in applying.
