Support the implementation of a new expense and travel system. Process purchase invoices, approximately 150 to 200 per month. Process sales invoices, approximately 150 to 200 per quarter. Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports and ensure outstanding balances are chased promptly. Prepare monthly accounts payable reports, investigating debit balances and overdue payments. Maintain the fixed asset register monthly and complete the reconciliation as part of month end. Perform weekly bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts and resolve discrepancies or queries. Support staff credit card expense processing. Review staff expenses, ensuring correct support, coding and VAT treatment. Prepare fortnightly payment runs.
