Accounts Administrator Vacancy (Part Time) - Middleton, Manchester - £25,000 pro rata plus profit share and BUPA
This is an office based role, part time 18.75 hours per week, Mon - Fri.
JW Lees have an exciting opportunity to join the Finance Team as a Accounts Administrator , based from our Greengate Brewery in Middleton, Manchester.
Accounts Administrator responsibilities:
Bank Control Matching Processing of daily bank statement Gift Voucher management Cash Management Finance email inbox management Procure Wizard import Daily PDQ payment posting Refund email inbox management Zonal exports MH Paperwork posting Other Ad hoc tasks including but not limited to; Requesting and management of MIDS Bank control setup in Microsoft Navision Chargeback investigation
Required skills/qualifications:
Excellent communication, both oral and written Intermediates excel skills Relevant experience in an accounting environment Professional but personable approach Be able to work within a high-pressure environment Be able to devise solutions to issues as they arise Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team Always demonstrate a can-do attitude Being driven and positive Ability to multi-task High level of organisation High level of motivation Ability to pay attention to detail and to work methodically and accurately
