Accounts Administrator Belfast £27,000pa Early Friday Finish Black Fox Solutions are currently working with a leading security system firm who are looking to bring a new administrator on to the team. Working alongside a supportive team, you will be assisting the accounts team across both Sales and Purchase Ledger, making this role a great opportunity for you to develop your skills and progress in your career! Key Responsibilities Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies or queries. Assist in maintaining up-to-date records of customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices where needed. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and correct ledger entries. Collect, review, and verify employee timesheets on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure accuracy.
