They have an opportunity for the right candidate to become a key member of the innovative and fast-paced Accounts Payable, Receivable & Expenses team, which sits within the Business Management function. Your role will be fundamental to ensure that suppliers and employees are paid to terms, and costs are attributed correctly. What You'll Be Doing: Processing multi-currency purchase invoices, both with and without purchase orders, ensuring approval for the goods/services have been received in line with policies Process intercompany invoices and settlements Process Direct Debit invoices Liaise/maintain effective communication with both vendors and colleagues, to promptly resolve invoice queries by: Recommending actions to resolve discrepancies Investigating questionable data in a timely manner Communicating with relevant colleagues internally Ensuring file notes are accurately entered and kept up to date
