Accounts & Administrative Assistant required for Maternity Cover based in a well-established legal and commercial practice in Lisburn. This is a full-time, one-year maternity cover contract with the opportunity to work in a professional, and supportive environment. Duties will include: Assist with the smooth running of the practices banking and accounting processes, including: Accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing payments Maintaining client and office accounts, reconciling bank statements Posting bills and invoices Support the management of office facilities Assist with the maintenance of IT systems General administration duties to include maintaining the office diary system. Reception cover Essential Criteria 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including Maths & English Language (or equivalent) Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word & Excel Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Highly organised, efficient, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Previous experience working within an office environment Experience using accounting software and/or practice management systems would be advantageous Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Salary: £12.60 - £13.70 per hr For further information contact Tanya Lyttle at GenTech Recruitment on Skills: Accounts & Administrative Assistant Proficient in Microsoft Office Posting bills and invoices
