Artemis Human Capital are pleased to be partnering with a reputable professional services business as they seek to appoint a part-time accountant to their busy team. This role will initially be a 12 month FTC with the possibility to go permanent. This role will manage the day-to-day of the firm's internal accounting & finance processes and will work closely with senior stakeholders. The Job... This role will oversee the following: Maintaining accurate accounting records. Preparation of management accounts for review. Process supplier payments in accordance with internal controls & procedures. Prepare ad hoc financial reports as required. Preparation & processing of monthly payroll. The Ideal Candidate... To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will ideally possess the following: Experience within a similar role, preferably within a professional services environment. Strong IT skills, experience using Xero would be particular advantageous. Sound understanding of internal accounting procedures & financial controls. Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills. The Benefits... 24 hours per week- flexibility around how this is structured. Hybrid working.
