This newly created Accountant role for a rapidly growing Private Equity firm paying £60,000 to £65,000 depending on experience with a Discretionary bonus, based the heart of the west end

Role

This Accountant role will be working closely with the CFO to put in providing support for a growing investment team. Please find a brief outline of the role below.

• Maintain the operation of the fund structures,
• Quarterly capital statements,
• Cash management
• Deal execution
• Capital calls
• Regulatory reporting and audit
• Involvement in other general fund operational matters which may include:
• Managing external service providers
• Managing changes in external service providers and associated onboarding requirements
• Managing and updating the documents library and library of processes
• General process optimisation and implementation
• Reconciliation of bank statements, recharging of costs and collection of revenues from underlying fund entities

Profile

The Accountant for this Private Equity is ideally for the below

• A newly Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA)
• A Audit trained working on PE clients or someone from a Fund Admin team working on the PE team
• Someone who's happy to work in a small team- this is working in a team of 2

The accountant will report into a hugely impressive CFO who you will very closely on the day-to-day operations. The Private Equity business is small with currently 12 heads: however, they're looking to double by the end of 2026. This is a role due to growth as investments are starting to ramp up! this is a role where you'll be able to get involved with various projects on the fund and corporate

Salary & Benefits
