Role Overview

We are seeking an Account Supervisor to join our team. This role involves managing client accounts, leading digital campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful healthcare solutions. The position offers the opportunity to work remotely, with a preference for candidates in ET and CT time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and understand their goals.
• Lead digital campaigns from kickoff to reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Coordinate with creative, analytics, and product teams.
• Ensure projects stay on track and communicate progress.
• Identify opportunities for campaign improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in client services or account management, preferably in healthcare or pharma.
• Experience owning client relationships and strategic planning.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in creating presentations (PowerPoint preferred).
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Monday.com, Ziflow, MS Project.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% for meetings.

Additional Details

Base pay for US candidates is $110,000 - $120,000, with additional equity and a comprehensive benefits package. Phreesia is fully remote, with preference for candidates in ET and CT zones.
