Account Manager – Food & Drink Insight

London / Hybrid

£35,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus

Full-time, permanent

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and growing relationships with existing clients
  • Leading check-ins and renewal conversations
  • Hitting upsell targets and managing your own sales pipeline
  • Pitching tailored consultancy solutions and insight products
  • Writing commercial proposals with clear pricing and timelines
  • Attending networking events and industry conferences
  • Running product demos and handling inbound sales leads
  • Keeping CRM (Salesforce) updated with accurate info
  • Re-engaging lapsed clients and driving webinar interest

  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • A commercial thinker who spots and seizes opportunities
  • Confident presenting, pitching, and negotiating
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team
  • CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus)
