Account Manager – Food & Drink Insight
London / Hybrid
£35,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus
Full-time, permanent

What you'll be doing:
- Managing and growing relationships with existing clients
- Leading check-ins and renewal conversations
- Hitting upsell targets and managing your own sales pipeline
- Pitching tailored consultancy solutions and insight products
- Writing commercial proposals with clear pricing and timelines
- Attending networking events and industry conferences
- Running product demos and handling inbound sales leads
- Keeping CRM (Salesforce) updated with accurate info
- Re-engaging lapsed clients and driving webinar interest
✅ What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and networking skills
- A commercial thinker who spots and seizes opportunities
- Confident presenting, pitching, and negotiating
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus)
Experience from companies such as Dunnhumby, Numerator, Circana and Nielsen is perfect for this sort of role!
