£35,000 (DOE) , Hybrid  - London

An established and growing corrugated packaging business is looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop an existing customer portfolio. This is a relationship-led role focused on delivering excellent service, retaining key accounts, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue through tailored corrugated packaging solutions.

About the Role

You will act as the main point of contact for customers, working closely with internal design, estimating, and production teams to ensure packaging solutions are delivered efficiently, commercially, and to the highest standard.

Your Responsibilities

Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing corrugated packaging accounts
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers across e-commerce, FMCG, food & drink, retail, and industrial sectors
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, pricing discussions, and ongoing account requirements
Identify and develop opportunities to increase account value through upselling and cross-selling
Coordinate projects from initial brief through to production and delivery
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and account activity
Proactively resolve issues and ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction

What You’ll Need

Proven experience in account management within corrugated packaging or a related packaging/print environment
Solid understanding of corrugated materials, styles, and manufacturing processes
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commercially aware, with confidence managing pricing and margins
Highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Comfortable working in a hybrid role, balancing office and remote working
Proactive, dependable, and customer-focused
