We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for the retention and development (growth) of existing customer base by delivering exceptional levels of service and building relationships between Elis and the customer in line with the business strategy. Implement segment strategy campaigns and develop customer portfolios. This role is part-time, 3 days per week, Monday to Friday (24hr contract). This role is to be based in Inverness and covering territory will be Inverness up to Thurso (and potentially support Aberdeen).
