Invigorate Recruitment is looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to work for a well-established organisation based within Wetherby.
Our client has been serving the global hospitality and contract market for a decade and are leader in the manufacture and supply of luxury outdoor furniture.
They are known for attention to detail, commitment to quality, their furniture is design, specified and manufactured for the longevity of life and ease of maintenance.
This is an interesting and varied, customer centric role, working with the Project Manager, assisting with quotations and blended with other customer service functions, including liaising with customers regarding shipping of orders, managing and sending samples and quotations, liaising directly with an array of global business clients.
Key Responsibilities for the Project Support Administrator
Processing sales orders
Check and acknowledge customer orders
Responding to client enquiries
Assisting the Project Manager with goods being exported
Liaise with carriers with regards to customs clearance for goods
Raise order confirmation to client.
Sending out samples
Liaising with business locations worldwide.
