Your role will be to develop your category sales by sourcing and partnering with sellers and influencers, ensuring buyers find all they need on Voggt.ResponsibilitiesSource, onboard and develop sellers and influencers in the UK to grow Voggt’s category sales.Hands-on support for sellers to grow their business on Voggt.Manage top sellers to achieve commercial targets using the incentives budget and non-monetary motivation as needed.Create and propose marketing events to hype the category.Lead and manage communications with Voggt teams (marketing, product, support, tech) to achieve results.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive category growth and ensure a great buyer experience.What We’re Looking ForBe hands on in helping sellers to grow their business on Voggt.Be data-driven with strong numerical and analytical skills.Strong relationship-building with partners and internal teams (operations and negotiations).Structured, detail-oriented work style.Ability to perform analysis and translate data into actionable steps.Problem solver who seeks better ways to reach targets.Autonomy with flexibility, knowing when to ask for help.English proficiency.Qualifications1-3 years of full-time experience in a fast-paced environment; references welcomed.Willingness to learn on the go and question the status quo.Strong relationship-building with partners and internal teams, operations and negotiations.What’s in It for YouP&L responsibility for your category.Engagement in relationship-building, hands-on sales, business analysis and strategy.Learning everything about your own category.Attractive salary and health insurance reimbursement.Tailor-made remote policy reflecting your needs.Hiring ProcessWe get to know you well, understand your motivations, and assess mutual fit.
