About The Team

The Role:

Develop, maintain, and optimize relationships with 3P sellers aligned with Joybuy’s marketplace strategy. You will have an opportunity to influence the evolution of the e-commerce sector within a high-performance, inclusive environment. As a key part of our team, you’ll dive into the fast-paced world of online retail to help our sellers grow and succeed. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to build strong professional relationships and help shape the future of e-commerce. You’ll use your skills to scale businesses and make a real impact, all while expanding your own career and expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Look for new businesses and guide them through the entire process of setting up their shop.

Work closely with everyone from big, well-known brands to small, creative businesses to keep them successful.

• Help sellers use tools and services to grow their business across different product categories.

• Look at market trends and internal numbers to spot new ways for sellers to improve.

• Team up with different departments to create solutions that are good for both sellers and customers.

• Stay on track to meet your goals for managing and growing seller accounts.

• Keep up with what’s happening in your product area to understand customers and the competition.

• Pass on what you learn from sellers to the internal teams to help make the marketplace better for everyone.


Qualifications:

• Experience in account management and sales

• Experience in building long-term B2B partnerships

• Strong understanding of UK marketplace and sellers

• Comfortable analysing complex data and providing actionable recommendations.

• Structured, performance-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including international teams.
