I am recruiting on behalf of a respected UK education publisher seeking a motivated Account Manager to help grow revenue across their established media portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong B2B sales experience who enjoys building relationships and developing new business.
About the Company
My client provides education suppliers with targeted advertising solutions across print, digital, and email marketing channels, supporting marketing teams in reaching decision‑makers in schools.
The Role
You will manage a portfolio of existing clients, build new relationships, and create tailored advertising proposals. This is a consultative sales role involving both account management and proactive new business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow existing advertising accounts
* Build strong relationships with marketers and agencies
* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
* Sell print, digital and email campaign solutions
* Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities
* Coordinate smooth campaign delivery with internal teams
* Provide clients with campaign insights and updates
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* B2B sales or advertising sales experience
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Ability to manage a pipeline and convert opportunities
* Commercially driven, organised and proactive
Desirable:
* Experience with print, digital or email advertising
* Understanding of the education sector
* CRM experience
