Job Description
We’re hiring a commercially driven Account Manager to join a leading agency.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of retail media, shopper insight and commercial growth. You’ll act as a strategic partner to retail stakeholders, using data-led insights to shape high-impact campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth and increased shopper loyalty. You’ll also empower retail teams to confidently resell campaign solutions into their CPG brand networks.
The Role
You will:
- Drive proactive growth by identifying new opportunities across retail media teams and CPG brands, expanding campaign scale across underpenetrated categories.
- Develop insight-led, revenue-generating proposals aligned to retailer priorities and commercial objectives.
- Translate shopper behaviour, market trends and competitive dynamics into compelling campaign strategies.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with retail media and marketing stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality and timely execution.
- Forecast and manage revenue and margin performance with discipline and agility.
- Champion smarter processes and cross-functional collaboration to enhance client experience.
About You
- 2+ years’ experience in client management, retail media, shopper marketing or FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Proven experience developing persuasive, insight-driven proposals aligned to retail objectives.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships.
- Commercially astute, proactive and solutions-oriented, with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
- Highly organised, with solid project management skills across campaign lifecycles.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
