Account Manager - Facilities Management \n\nLocation: Leeds (travel to sites is  required)\n\nSalary: £33,000 + bonus + £4,500 car allowance + paid mileage\n\nOur client, a fast-growing and secure Facilities Management company, is appointing an Account Manager to take ownership of a key FM client with a footprint. This is a growth role with genuine autonomy, supporting a long-term key account.\n\nThe role\n\nOwn and manage the FM account\nAct as the main link between the client and operations\nOversee service delivery across sites (UK-wide, majority M62 corridor)\nEnsure KPI and SLA performance\nSupport mobilisation and transition into PPM delivery\nIdentify opportunities for growth and added value\nBuild strong, trusted relationships with site teams and stakeholders\n\nThe person\n\nConfident, organised and commercially aware\nStrong communicator who can manage site environments\nComfortable working independently\nRelationship -led but operationally strong\nFM, contract or account management experience \nHappy to travel as part of the role\n\nBenefits\n\n28 days holiday (including bank holidays)\nPaid birthday leave (if it falls on a weekday)\nAdditional holiday for each year of service after two years\nOne paid wellbeing hour per week\nPension\n£4,500 car allowance\nMileage paid at £0.45 per mile up to 10,000 miles, then £0.25 thereafter\nBonus structure in place\n\nTo apply for this role, please send your CV to (url removed)
