Activus Recruitment are partnering with a growing, well-established cleaning services provider to recruit an experienced Account Manager.

This is a hands-on role managing multiple cleaning contracts across South Manchester, ensuring high standards, strong client relationships, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of cleaning contracts

• Carry out regular site visits and quality audits

• Lead and support on-site cleaning teams

• Build strong client relationships and resolve issues

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards

• Provide operational support, including occasional hands-on cover

About You:

• Experience in account management or cleaning/facilities services

• Strong people management and organisational skills

• Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable

• Comfortable working across multiple sites

• Flexible to occasional weekend work
