We partner with operators across the UK to run brands inside 300+ kitchens, trading across delivery platforms like Uber Eats, Deliveroo and Just Eat, as well as on-site in pubs, hotels, universities and travel hubs.
We’re looking for an Account Manager – Delivery & Partner Performance to help our kitchen partners succeed — improving performance, solving operational challenges and unlocking growth across our brands.
You’ll work directly with operators across pubs, restaurants, hotels and delivery kitchens, helping them optimise how our brands trade and scale.

The Role
You will manage a portfolio of partner kitchens across a defined region, helping them succeed across delivery platforms while ensuring our brands are executed to a high standard.
This is a front-line, high-impact role where you’ll work closely with operators to improve how kitchens trade — identifying opportunities, solving operational challenges and helping partners grow.
You’ll spend your time working directly with partners, analysing performance data, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure our brands deliver great food, strong customer experiences and strong commercial results.
We’re looking for someone who is energised by working with operators, enjoys solving problems, and wants to make a visible difference across the partner network.
What You’ll Do
Manage Partner Performance
- Manage a portfolio of kitchen partners across the UK
- Monitor key performance metrics including sales, availability, ratings and operational execution
- Identify issues quickly and work with partners to improve results
Improve Delivery Trading
- Help partners optimise menus, operations and availability on delivery platforms
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and delivery performance
- Work with Brand and Marketing teams to support promotions and growth initiatives
Build Strong Partner Relationships
- Act as the main point of contact for your partner kitchens
- Work closely with operators and kitchen teams to support their success
- Build strong, trusted relationships across the partner network
Support New Launches
- Help onboard new partner kitchens launching Lean Kitchen Network brands
- Ensure sites are operationally ready and set up to succeed
Use Data to Drive Improvements
- Analyse delivery and trading performance across your accounts
- Turn insights into practical actions that improve results
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who understands food delivery and kitchen operations, and enjoys helping operators improve performance.
You might currently work in hospitality operations, delivery platforms, franchising, or account management within food businesses, and be comfortable working directly with operators while using data to guide decisions.
Candidates often come from:
- Delivery platforms like Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat
- Multi-site restaurant or hospitality groups
- Dark kitchen or virtual brand operators
- Franchise or licensed brand networks
- Operators who have run kitchens that trade heavily on delivery
We’re looking for someone who:
- Understands how delivery platforms work and what drives performance
- Is comfortable analysing metrics and identifying opportunities
- Enjoys building strong relationships with operators
- Is organised and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Is commercially minded and motivated to improve results
Experience with delivery metrics such as availability, customer ratings, end-to-end time and menu performance is helpful, but not essential.
Most importantly, you’re curious, proactive and motivated to help partners succeed.
