Account Manager Healthcare Facilities Management (Building Services Bias)Location: ChelseaSalary: £75,000 + PackageAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to oversee the delivery of Facilities Management services within a healthcare environment for a key client.Based in Chelsea, you will be responsible for managing a key healthcare site, ensuring high standards of service delivery, technical compliance, and strong stakeholder relationships across the estate.This role is ideally suited to a candidate with a strong background in building services engineering and experience operating within critical or healthcare environments.The RoleAs Account Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the healthcare contract, acting as the primary point of contact for the client while ensuring all FM services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with healthcare regulations.You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability of critical building services systems and maintaining compliance across the estate.Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of Facilities Management services across a healthcare contract Act as the main point of contact for the client, building strong and trusted relationships Ensure all contractual obligations, KPIs, and service standards are consistently achieved Oversee the performance of hard services, with a strong focus on building services systems (HVAC, electrical, water systems, etc.) Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, HTM standards, and statutory requirements Manage financial performance and contract budgets Lead and support on-site teams, including engineers and subcontractors Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery Work collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to operations About You Proven experience in Facilities Management or Account Management within a healthcare or critical environment Strong technical background in building services engineering (mechanical, electrical, or multi-disciplinary) Experience managing hard FM services and ensuring statutory compliance Good understanding of healthcare compliance and HTM standards (desirable) Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills Commercially aware with the ability to manage budgets and contract performance Strong leadership and team management experience Package Salary: £75,000 Comprehensive benefits package Location: Chelsea This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a critical healthcare contract and play a key role in delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality facilities management services within a demanding and rewarding environment.JBRP1_UKTJ
