Tosca is a global leader in reusable packaging and pooling solutions that service the supply chain end to end. Re-use is the key word as Tosca facilitates moving away from single use packaging towards a circular model of reusable packaging with its robust portfolio of plastic containers, pallets, bins, crates and more. We focus on optimizing the flow of perishables, eliminating waste at every turn – product, packaging, labor and transportation waste. Our reusable plastic products improve the quality of product delivered, create more efficient supply chains, and are more sustainable than single-use packaging.

For our Finance team in the UK, we are currently looking for an Account Management Assistant to join us in Dudley under a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

As the Accounts Administrator, you will support day-to-day finance operations by processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with reporting and compliance activities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. This is a hands-on position where organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are key. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are looking to grow within a supportive and collaborative finance team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Process and reconcile purchase invoices
• Support sales invoicing and credit control
• Maintain supplier and customer account records
• Assist with VAT returns, audits, and month-end close
• Contribute to financial reporting and internal controls

What we’re looking for:

• Around 2 years of experience in a finance or accounts administration role
• AAT qualification or currently working towards it
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Sage, SAP or similar)
• Clear communication and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Location: Dudley, UK (hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
