This independent broker in South Wales are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join their agricultural team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
The Role: Ensure clients receive a quality service tailored to their needs and requirements. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities where possible Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters. Generate new business through marketing campaigns and promotional activities, including weekly visits to local livestock markets
The Person: The ideal candidate will have extensive Account Handling experience or have previously worked as an Account Executive within Commercial Insurance.
The Package: Salary circa £40,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
