iamo are excited to be recruiting for an experienced and motivatedAccount Executiveto join an expanding team working inDenbighshire, North Wales.This is apermanentopportunity working on afull-timebasis, standard office hours Monday-Friday.
Competitive salary of £30,000£35,000 per annum, plus commission with OTE of £45,000£50,000 per annum.
This is a pivotal role where youll play a key part in managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting clients in securing tailored finance solutions. Youll benefit from comprehensive training and ongoing support, all within a collaborative, professional, and high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage finance renewals and explore new requirements with existing clients
  • Contact potential clients to discuss financing needs and convert leads
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote suitable financial solutions
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with your manager and team to share updates and resolve issue
  • Handle inbound enquiries and direct them appropriately
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, internal processes, and customer care standards
  • Follow company policies on customer fairness and conflict of interest management
What Were Looking For
  • Proven success in lead conversion and outbound calling
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and phone skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Able to manage time and work independently within set guidelines
  • Proactive, client-focused, and quick to build rapport
Desirable (Not Essential)
  • Experience in business finance, insurance, or commercial lending
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
