The Account Executive at PureFacts is a direct quota carrying sales role focused on new business and driving recurring and non-recurring revenue in accordance with the PureFacts market solution strategy.
Responsibilities
- Secure new clients and generate revenue
- Own the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive engagement and interest
- Collaborate with sales engineering to deliver tailored product demonstrations that address client needs
- Build and manage pipeline by qualifying inbound leads, developing outbound strategies, and conducting market research
- Submit weekly forecast to leadership
- Coordinate internal and external teams to align stakeholders and ensure deals progress efficiently
- Support & coordinate business needs analyses (BNAs) to scope solutions and accelerate the sales process
- Create and execute a strategic territory plan
- Represent PureFacts at meetings, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and drive sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM data to ensure pipeline visibility and alignment across teams
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to position PureFacts as a thought leader
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 5 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in FinTech or Enterprise B2B environment
- Expertise in value-based selling and managing complex sales cycle
- Strong understanding of wealth/asset management industries
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skill
- Collaborative mindset with cross-functional team
- Results-driven, adaptable, and proactive with a 'hunter' mentality
Measurements of Success
- Pipeline health: Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline
- Account strategy: Approach accounts holistically and gear towards senior decision makers
- Forecast accuracy: Submit weekly pipeline reports accurately and timely
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and OKRs that are set by the business
