- A proven Account Executive or Development Executive with a strong track record in securing new business
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills in a client-facing role
- Solid knowledge across a range of commercial insurance products
- A growth mindset someone who thrives in a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture
- CII-qualified or working towards it (preferred)
- A top-of-market basic salary, tailored to attract the best
