The Role
We currently have a vacancy for a new Account Executive to be based at our Central London HQ.
We are looking for an outstanding performer who can help us deliver best-in-class social strategies and drive stellar results for our clients. The Account Executive is a full-time member of our team responsible for providing exceptional client services support in planning and executing tasks across various projects and campaigns. The Account Executive will be responsible for communicating effectively with internal and external teams during the lifetime of assigned projects.
The primary responsibilities of the role include supporting daily client services, content planning and creation, copywriting and occasional on-site activation support for designated campaigns or events.

Key Responsibilities
Working directly with clients on a daily basis, helping to build strong relationships and being a source of knowledge and expertise
Understand the overall client business objectives and support your teams to develop impactful strategies
Building and implementing exciting social campaigns and content across various platforms (including ideation, creative briefing, content capture, copywriting, optimising, reporting) alongside your teams
Collaborate with your teams including Junior Account Managers, Account Managers, and Account Directors on day-to-day delivery of output
Work with the wider team to ensure all content created is of the highest standard
Attend briefings/meetings both internal, external and record minutes
Prepare and manage briefs and timelines as needed
Respond promptly to clients’ concerns, feedback and requests while ensuring regular updates on the statuses of each project/campaign
Be proactive, meticulous and organised throughout your work
We’re looking for someone with…
1-2 years of brand or agency experience running marketing activity across the key social and digital channels
Laser focused attention to detail and the highest standards that lead to killer campaigns
An active knowledge of and passion for social media
Experience in capturing and editing content
Great relationship building skills and can get to know teams both internally and externally
An ability to problem solve whilst staying cool under pressure
A passion for culture – to be a part of it, shape it and create it
Someone with excellent communication skills
A passion for data and the ability to derive insights that improve results
The ability to be highly organised, working in a fast-paced environment and bring strong time management and project management skills to the team
