This is a unique opportunity to become the strategic voice between our business and some of the UK’s leading private and public sector organisations, shaping the future of connectivity with industry-leading networking solutions and outstanding customer service.
Your Impact Starts Here:
- Own the Big Wins - Manage a portfolio of key clients with a focus on retention, growth, and long-term success.
- Be the C-Level Connection - Build and deepen strategic relationships at the executive level, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Create Tailored Solutions - Identify opportunities and shape custom-built offerings across LAN, WAN, WiFi, and Network Security.
- Lead from the Front - Drive client strategy, engagement, and delivery, all with measurable outcomes.
- Set the Vision - Collaborate with the Sales Director and senior leadership on business and account planning.
- Show Up and Stand Out - Meet clients face-to-face - we believe in building partnerships, not just pipelines.
- Drive Strategic Growth - Lead account development, generate new pipeline, achieve KPI's and deliver accurate, insightful forecasting.
- Navigate with Influence - Work across all levels of client organisations - from operational leads to the boardroom.
- Close with Confidence - Use qualification tools like SCOTSMAN to target, track, and win strategic deals.
- Deliver Excellence - Partner with service teams to ensure execution is seamless and client satisfaction stays high.
- 5+ years proven success in Managed LAN and WAN solution sales.
- You know the MSP/ISP space and thrive on enterprise-level conversations.
- Vendor expertise in Cisco, Meraki, Extreme, Fortinet (or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Network Security products e.g. Firewalls or NAC.
- C-Level / Director level stakeholder engagement & boardroom-level presentations.
- A commercial mindset with a deep understanding of outcome-based selling and IT Managed services within data networking.
- Solid wins in complex network sales & bid negotiations.
- Sales training (SPIN, Miller Heiman, Elevator Pitch models etc).
- Salary: £60,000 - 75,000 + double OTE (uncapped!) + Car Allowance.
- Time off: 33 days holiday, including bank holidays (and yes, it gets better).

- Work-life balance: flexible core hours + hybrid working with 2 days a month in the Solihull office.
