Own senior client relationships (Marketing Director / CMO level) Lead strategy across paid, organic, creative and lifecycle Stay close to performance — know what’s working and what’s not Write clear, actionable briefs and drive delivery internally Spot risks early and protect retention Grow accounts commercially — upsell where it adds value Support pitches and new business
What They’re Looking For
3–5 years in agency (likely SAM ready to step up) Strong client operator — trusted, credible, proactive Can balance strategy, delivery and commercial thinking Confident communicator — can challenge and influence Organised, accountable, and solutions-first
