Account Director – Commercial & Property Insurance

Up to £70,000

London | Hybrid (3 days in office)

An established, chartered independent insurance brokerage in North West London is looking to hire an Account Director to join their senior leadership team.

This is a flexible, high-impact role and would suit either:

• A highly capable Senior Account Handler ready to step up
• An Account Executive / Director with new business capability

The role:

• Manage and develop a team of 7–9 (or 5 if more junior)
• Work across Commercial & Property business
• Handle complex client relationships and key renewals
• Opportunity to influence strategy and growth
• No interviews conducted yet
