Role Overview: Acting as a trusted partner to clients and a leader internally, you ll oversee strategy, execution, forecasting and account growth, while influencing at board level and championing creative ambition across the agency. About the Role: We re looking for an experienced Account Director to support and lead our client teams, owning day‑to‑day client communications while driving strategic and commercial long‑term growth. This role is central to building strong, trusted client relationships and requires proven experience in a similar position within a social or influencer agency. About you:
You re passionate about influencer and social media marketing and driven to deliver work that makes a measurable impact You re a strategic, commercially minded Account Director who builds trusted, senior‑level client relationships You confidently lead briefs, strategy and creative presentations, with sharp attention to detail You thrive managing complex, multi‑channel accounts and aligning teams to deliver seamlessly You bring strong commercial awareness, with experience in forecasting, growth and negotiation You re a compelling communicator, comfortable influencing at board level You ve worked in a similar Account Director role, ideally within a social or influencer agency, and you re ready for your next step
