Aim of the role:
The aim of the role is to initiate and develop relationships with new Public Sector Customers as well as proactively managing and upselling Redcentric's product portfolio into the existing Public Sector Customer base to increase order value in line with the aims of the business within an allocated Territory.
Responsibilities will include but are not restricted to the following:
Developing new business relationships (either from leads generated personally or by the Marketing team): making follow up calls, conducting new business presentations, making Customer visits Maintaining and developing existing Customer relationships to ensure contracts are renewed and to proactively upsell into Customer base Attending 'Service Review' meetings with existing Customers to improve relationships, communication and to facilitate an upsell/renewal Acting as the escalation point for any Customer complaints or queries Facilitating and participating in business negotiations on behalf of Redcentric Liaising with all appropriate contacts both internally and externally to ensure that negotiations/deals progress smoothly. Internal contacts include: Pre-Sales Solution Architects, Framework Manager, Bid Team, Marketing Team, Service Delivery Managers, Sales Support, Finance, Head of Public Sector Sales and Senior Management such as CEO, Group Sales Director.
