We are working with a market leading IFM service provider, our client looks after some of London's most prestigious real estate and workplace locations. Due to a number of new contract wins we are looking for an experienced and commercially astute Hard FM Account Director to lead the delivery of technical facilities management services across a high-profile, multi-site contract. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and strong financial performance.

Looking after a number of high end, iconic London sites you will act as the senior point of contact for the client, driving service innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement across all hard services including M&E, lifecycle, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of hard FM services across the account
• Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships at senior level
• Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations
• Drive commercial performance, including P&L ownership and cost optimisation
• Develop and implement asset management and lifecycle strategies
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical and operational team
• Oversee supply chain performance and vendor management
• Identify opportunities for service improvement, innovation, and growth

About You

• Proven experience in a senior Hard FM leadership role (Account Director or equivalent)
• Strong technical background in mechanical & electrical services
• Demonstrable experience managing large, complex FM contracts
• Commercially driven with strong financial and analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Strong understanding of compliance, H&S, and industry regulations
• Ability to lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualification (e.g. engineering, building services)
• NEBOSH or equivalent (desirable)
• Membership of a relevant professional body (desirable)
