You’ll act as a trusted senior advisor, driving strategic direction, overseeing activation plans, and ensuring best‑in‑class execution across all projects.This is a high‑impact leadership role where you’ll manage key European client relationships, guide a talented client servicing team, and unlock the full value of global sponsorship assets.What You’ll DoClient Leadership & StrategyBuild and nurture senior‑level client relationships, becoming a trusted advisorLead client strategy and direction, anticipating needs and identifying opportunitiesDevelop a deep understanding of client business goals and competitive landscapeDrive innovative, insight‑led sponsorship activations that deliver measurable impactOwn and manage client activation budgets with full accountabilityProject & Account ManagementOversee delivery of all retained and project work across accountsEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and above expectationsLead resource planning, identifying and resolving challenges proactivelySet clear timelines, expectations, and standards across the teamLead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing client teamFoster an inclusive, collaborative, and high‑energy team environmentProvide ongoing feedback, coaching, and structured development plansChampion excellence in client servicing across all levelsGrowth & Thought LeadershipPlay a key role in new business development and pitch leadershipContribute to thought leadership and industry presenceRepresent the business at industry events, conferences, and webinarsOperational ExcellenceOversee financial management of accounts, including budgeting and reconciliationEnsure accurate reporting on time, resources, and project deliveryMaintain high standards of process, governance, and accountabilityWhat We’re Looking ForYou’re a strategic, commercially minded leader with a passion for sport, entertainment, and sponsorship marketing.
