KBR’s Estates Intelligence division specialise in enabling clients to make informed decisions about the operational and strategic management of their estates and asset portfolios, including the external supply chain retained to deliver asset management and maintenance services.

Estates Intelligence teams utilise the ‘6 As’ Methodology to deliver business benefit by deploying their ‘Viaverse’ platform to enable each A – aggregation, automation, assurance, audit, and analytics all to enable enhanced asset management across client’s portfolio.

About the Role

This role will lead on day-to-day delivery of initiatives on the DWP account, including overseeing delivery teams, managing risk with the Risk & Assurance Manager and setting client expectation for the design, delivery and benefit realisation of continuous improvement and innovation initiatives. This role will support with client queries and problem management and will act as a key member of the account management team.

The role is responsible to the Account Director. and Main Responsibilities are to:

Drive cross functional collaborative ways of working on the account working with the Client & SC Manager.

Act as KBR lead across regular client working groups/forums.

Prepare business cases and progress updates to senior stakeholders and governance boards as required.

Responsible for understanding shared benefit and value generation of continuous improvement and innovation initiatives across all stakeholder groups.

Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in innovation and commercial models.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and creative problem-solving across functional teams.

Develop client case studies for successful client initiatives to celebrate success for publication on KBR Foleon.

Required Technical Skills & Knowledge

1. Stakeholder Management

Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Attend key meetings and represent stakeholder interests.

Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Support technical teams with stakeholder insights and meeting preparation.

Tools: Smartsheet and Jira.

Knowledge of PM methodologies like PRINCE2 and Agile.

3. Change Management & Implementation

Familiarity with ADKAR or Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model.

Communication planning and training rollout.

Experience with tools like Whiteboard, Miro, MURAL, or IdeaScale.

Knowledge of innovation management software (e.g., HYPE, Brightidea).

5. Data Analysis & Performance Measurement

Proficiency in Excel or Power BI for data visualization.

Understanding of KPIs, ROI, and cost-benefit analysis.

Familiarity with gainshare metrics and performance-based contracting.

Awareness of AI, IoT, or automation trends relevant to the industry.

Ability to assess and pilot new technologies for operational improvement.

Required Experience:

Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Experience in identifying Innovation & Gainshare Opportunities through data analysis and Insight.

Financial & analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Proven experience in innovation management, transformation, or commercial strategy.

Strong understanding of gainshare models and performance-based contracting.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Familiarity with Lean, Agile, or Design Thinking methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Innovation, Engineering, Finance or a related field Demonstrable experience of delivering projects.

Professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, AgilePM, Innovation Management) .
