Account Associate Location: London office-based with access to working from home days Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (Experience dependent) Benefits & Discretionary bonus Hours: Full-time As part of this growth, we're looking for an Account Associate to support a successful St. James's Place Partner Practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in relationship coordination, client service, or HR support and who’s keen to contribute directly to new business development and commercial growth in a forward-thinking, purpose-driven business. This role is focused on supporting the delivery of engaging programmes for our corporate clients, while also playing a key role in building and nurturing relationships that unlock new opportunities. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues to ensure clients and prospects are onboarded receive a market leading experience. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating the onboarding journey for new corporate clients Assisting with day-to-day relationship management across a portfolio of corporate clients and prospects Coordinating meetings, follow-ups and communications with clients, partners, and new business leads Supporting the creation and delivery of tailored financial education proposals and programmes
