Now hiring: Accessibility & Integrated Transport Manager

Location: West End, London | Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 from home

C £50,000 + strong benefits package

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic professional to take the lead on accessibility and integrated transport for a major UK rail operator. This is a visible, high-impact role focused on making public transport more inclusive and seamless for all passengers.


In this role, you'll:


  • Lead the company’s accessibility and inclusion strategy, ensuring alignment with the Equality Act 2010 and industry best practice
  • Develop and update key policies, including the Accessible Travel Policy
  • Manage delivery of regulatory and contractual commitments, including reporting to the Department for Transport
  • Coordinate accessibility training and awareness across staff teams
  • Improve station and service accessibility, including signage, physical access, and customer information
  • Build strong partnerships with other transport operators, local authorities, industry bodies, and customer panels
  • Drive integration with other transport modes (e.g. buses, bikes, taxis) to support door-to-door journey improvements
  • Investigate customer complaints relating to accessibility and ensure lessons are learned


You’ll need strong stakeholder and project management skills, experience in accessibility or transport policy, and the confidence to influence at all levels.
