Access & Security Manager (Oracle Fusion) initial 12 month contract - likely to extendLondon or Sunderland (3 days a week onsite) We're on the lookout for an Access & Security Manager to join a large global organisation going through an enterprise transformation programme to implement Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM and SCM.We're looking for a hands-on Access & Security Manager to take ownership of security design, provisioning and environment access across the programme.This role is suited to an experienced contractor who can operate at both design authority and configuration level, working closely with IT, System Integrators and business stakeholders in a fast-paced delivery environment.Previous experience of working on a large Oracle Fusion transformation is essentialRole OverviewYou will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle Fusion security, with a strong focus on RBAC, SoD controls, provisioning and environment governance. In parallel, you will provide targeted oversight of Workday security to ensure alignment of access principles across platforms.You will also take on Environment Management responsibilities, ensuring structured and controlled access across all programme environments throughout delivery phases.Key ResponsibilitiesOracle Fusion Security (Hands-on)Design, build and configure roles, data roles, job roles and security profiles within Oracle FusionImplement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) aligned to business processesDefine and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, controls and mitigation strategiesValidate and challenge System Integrator (SI) security designs and configurationsSupport security testing, defect resolution and audit readinessProvisioning & Identity ControlsDefine and implement user provisioning workflows, approvals and controlsConfigure and manage user access directly within Oracle Fusion where requiredEnsure effective control over joiners, movers, leavers (JML) processesSupport integration with identity and access management (IAM) processes if applicableEnvironment & Access GovernanceAct as Environment Manager across DEV, TEST, SIT, UAT and PRODControl and coordinate environment access, refresh cycles and data controlsAlign access to programme phases (SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare)Support environment setup activities, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) where neededWorkday Security (Advisory / Oversight)Review and optimise Workday security roles and access modelsEnsure consistency in security design principles across Oracle Fusion and WorkdayProvide technical guidance to Workday SMEs and SI partnerGovernance, Risk & ComplianceEnsure alignment with audit, compliance and internal control frameworksIdentify, assess and remediate access risks and SoD conflictsProduce and maintain technical documentation, role design artefacts and governance processesKey Skills & ExperienceStrong, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Security configurationDeep understanding of:RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks and toolingProven delivery experience in Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM/SCM implementationsExperience managing multi-environment access and release cyclesFamiliarity with IAM concepts and provisioning modelsExposure to Workday security (beneficial, not essential)Comfortable operating in a contract, delivery-driven environment with minimal supervisionThis is an urgent role and we're ideally looking for someone who can start at short notice (within 2 weeks ideally) so please send your CV asap to apply for the role.
