Additionally, we have assisted hundreds of tech startups in finding the talent they need to thrive.About the OpportunityAs an Accelerator Partnership Sub-Team Leader Volunteer, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team dedicated to establishing and nurturing relationships with startup accelerator programs. Your leadership will help promote SkilledUp Life’s mission, expand our reach within the startup ecosystem, and provide startups with access to skilled volunteers.Duration

• 3 months
• At least 3 hours per day

• Lead and mentor a team of Accelerator Partnership Volunteers, providing guidance and support to achieve outreach goals.
• Identify and approach accelerator programs aligned with SkilledUp Life’s objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in accelerator programs.
• Negotiate partnership terms that benefit both SkilledUp Life and the accelerator’s startups.
• Facilitate introductions between SkilledUp Life and startups within accelerator programs.
• Monitor and report on the success of partnerships, suggesting improvements where necessary.
  
  

• Understanding of startup ecosystems and accelerator programs.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills.
• Experience in business development or partnership roles.
• Ability to articulate SkilledUp Life’s value proposition to potential partners.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
