Job Advert: Progress Tutor (Sixth Form) Location: Greater Manchester Hours: 31.5 hours per week Salary: £19 - £23 per hour Contract: Temporary Eden Brown are looking for a dedicated Progress Tutor to join a leading sixth form in the Greater Manchester area! This role is temporary, on going 31.5 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored academic support to Sixth Form students, helping them achieve their personal and academic goals. Monitor and track student progress, offering guidance and strategies for improvement. Foster a supportive and motivating environment to build students confidence. Work closely with subject teachers to align support with individual learning needs. Assist with study skills and exam preparation, ensuring students are fully prepared for their assessments. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a tutoring or academic support role (ideally within a post-16 education setting). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine interest in supporting young people and contributing to their success. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of students effectively. A DBS is also needed for this role.
