The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of AC installation and have a proven track record in commercial fit out.Key duties & ResponsibilitiesRemoval of existing condensers, removal of old decommissioned pipework.Installation of new condenser onto roof.Installation of pipeworkInternal pipework preparationsInstallation of pipeworkDecommissioningPlacement & Connection of new unit.Pressure test & evacuate systemRemoval of condenser and pipework.Decommissioning of 2nd system.Connection of new unit.Pressure test systemBasic commissioning of systemRemoval of condenser and pipework.Hours of Work / ratesMonday to Friday 8:00am-16:00pmup to £280 per dayRequirementsAC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)F-Gas qualification (Essential)Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsClient FacingIf you are interested in this position please send your CV to Cammie-Jo of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on this opportunity!JBRP1_UKTJ
