Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment are supporting a family-owned business based in Peterhead as they look to appoint a Finance Assistant. The role is full time and permanent, with flexibility available for the right person, including four day working weeks or school hours arrangements. You ll support the Finance Director across day-to-day finance tasks, month end processes, and wider business reporting. Inputting bank transactions into the ERP system Managing and analysing company credit card spend Preparing supplier payments (BACS and ad hoc) Updating sales and purchase ledgers Resolving ledger queries Credit control chasing overdue payments by email and phone Managing the accounts inbox Producing ad hoc reports and analysis for the senior leadership team Updating spreadsheets and databases Confident with Microsoft Office Full time and permanent position School hours patterns also considered For a confidential discussion or more information, please reach out to Leah McCrea at Cooper Parry Finance Recruitment.
