This leader will own the strategy, structure, and delivery of complex capital and technical projects that directly enable Phoenix to become the global standard for clean mining and metals production. Your work will determine how quickly we move from pilot operations to full-scale industrial deployment — accelerating the availability of critical materials that power modern society.
